We are a growing private security company based in Leicester providing 24/7 security at various sites and events. We are looking to recruit a human resources officer who can start ASAP to provide full administrative support for the day-to-day running and operations of the business.
Business Support Officer (BSO)

Previous relevant work experience is a bonus. However, we will also consider individuals who have recently graduated and are seeking an opportunity to learn and develop within the company.
Duties & responsibilities include:
Business Support Officer (BSO) will assist with daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations. BSO will manage emails, letters, and other communications and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders of the business. BSO will be responsible to maintain accurate records, archive both physical and digital data and files. BSO will be responsible to schedule and organise meetings of colleagues and Senior Management and prepare agendas of the meetings and take meetings minutes and cascade it to the relevant stakeholders. BSO will also assist in organizing company events, conferences and manage office supplies and equipment.
